Relevant outside the US?
Does anybody have this book? Is it worth getting if you're outside the USA, or is it closely tied to USA business regulations? It's a lot of cash to drop to find out that it makes about as much sense in New Zealand as Crowded House singing Chocolate Cake makes in the States! ;)
