Thoughts on format
I love the blindfolds. Since it seems that your sight was affecting what you tasted more than I thought, and probably more than you thought, it would, it is good to remove it from the equation.
I also like the reveals coming before you start tasting the beer. I like knowing what you are tasting while you are tasting it.
